The kids loved the pool, and after a day at the Steelers game, it was great to unwind. The staff, especially Dillion and Tom, were super accommodating, making our stay even better!

My kids wished for more quiet hours. running in the hallways at night made it tough to sleep.

The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, leaving the room uncomfortably hot!!! Filthy heater unit intake vents need immediate attention!!! Bathroom cleanliness could definitely use some improvement as well. Simple fixes could enhance overall impression!!!

The king room was super clean and spacious, and I loved the comfy bed. The view of the river was a major highlight. Shower pressure was solid, and breakfast had a nice variety. Parking was easy, too! Only downside was that the mattress felt a bit worn.

the hampton inn has a great location, right across from the shopping center and restaurants. the pleasant staff made check-in easy, and the river view from our king room was lovely. we enjoyed the decent breakfast too. parking was plentiful, and the shower in our room was great.

Great spot by the river!

We had a fun stay! The location was perfect, right by the river, and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were super friendly, which made everything better.
